Great customer service
I normally wear a 10.5 wide, so I ordered a size 11 Crossover Derby and the wide footbed. With the normal footbed, the shoes were slightly long and loose all over. I exchanged them for my normal 10.5 and they are perfect. The exchange process was super easy and fast.

Footbed Review (Wide Foot)
The footbed is one of the best I’ve purchased, especially as someone with wide feet. Currently, I use the foot bed two different dress shoes and will buy more. Only note would be great to see if they could develop something with arch support, but the comfort level on these are top marks.
