OUR SHOES

We live in the 21st century and have the technology to be comfortable when you first put on your shoes to when to take them off at the end of the day. We have removed the wood and nails found in classic dress shoes and replaced them with compressed High Density-EVA cushioning found in premium running shoes. Our shoes also feature a buttery soft sheepskin lining over a premium memory foam footbed. With perfectly placed collar and tongue padding, you'll never want to step foot in another brand of shoes again.

We source all of our leather from the finest Italian manufacturers. Our calfskin is a super soft, full-grain calfskin finished with a proprietary blend of vegetable oil. Our suedes are also sourced from the best Italy has to offer and features a water-resistant finishing coat to keep your feet dry, and your shoes unharmed.

We are partnered with a family run manufacturer in Portugal to craft our shoes using our patented designs and technology. We design each of our styles at our headquarters in Los Angeles and develop the technology components in America. 

We suggest you select your normal US shoe size. Each shoe is crafted to a Standard D Width. Our Chelsea Blitz tends to run a bit tight, so we recommend a half size up from your normal size. When you receive your shoes, try them on in the afternoon. The average foot expands 3-6% from the morning to the evening. Try out your Wolf & Shepherd shoes on carpeted surfaces to keep the leather and soles from scratching. Our shoes are designed to be comfortable for both sock and non-sock wearers.

Please do your best to trial our shoes on a carpeted surface and avoid excessive flex of the shoe. Shoes exchanged or returned with signs of wear will incur a 20% restocking fee or if unsalvageable will be sent back to the customer.

Shoe Trees: Shoe trees should be inserted after each wear. A good cedar shoe tree will reduce moisture and maintain the condition and shape of your shoe for years to come.  Polishing: Shoes should be conditioned and polished on a regular basis to keep the leather supple and well moisturized. Resoling: All W&S shoes can be resoled to their original condition.  Please reach out to us at resoling@wolfandshepherd.com for more information or head over to the shop to  purchase a resoling using the original parts. 

We offer refurbishing & repair service starting at $80. Please reach out to our Customer Service team - HERE - and they will coordinate the repair.
Items ordered from Wolfandshepherd.com have a 90-day guarantee from date of purchase and are complimentary on manufacturing defects.
After 90-days, the client will be responsible for the repair and shipment charges.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We offer free shipping for orders in the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. All in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours from when your order is placed. Orders received after 2pm PST will be processed the next business day if the order contains in-stock items. Saturday and Sunday orders will be processed on the following Monday, excluding federal holidays. If an item you are looking for is not available, let us know. Shipping to Military Bases Online purchases with shipments made to Military bases will be sent out via USPS. For security reasons, USPS does not give live tracking details and will only be listed as delivered once they have be received by sending.

If you are not 100% happy, you can return your shoes for a full refund when returned in un-used condition within 30 days of the shipping date.

If you need to exchange your pair of shoes for a better fit or a better look, we will be happy to help. To start an exchange please click here, or send us an email with your questions to help@wolfandshepherd.com. Domestic returns and exchanges are on us!

The exchange order will ship once we receive your return to our warehouse. Just think, we have to receive the return pair in our warehouse, inspect the return pair to ensure they meet our return policy, then mail out the new exchange pair. The shipping can take some time, but we do offer pre-paid printable return labels to make the process as easy as possible. 

Yes we do. Click the blue "International Checkout" button below the regular checkout button. This will take you through the international checkout process. International orders can expect delivery in approximately 7 – 20 business days. Please note that transit times are estimates and do not include any delays caused by customs. We apologize, but International Checkout orders are final sale unless paid and returned by the customer.

If we are sold out, be sure to sign up on the product page to be notified when the shoe comes back in stock. We will keep you informed via email on all back-orders and new styles.

Our primary sales channel is here at our online store. However, you can also find our shoes at these retailers.

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover; as well as, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Affirm.

You certainly can! We partner with International Checkout® to handle all of our international orders outside of Canada. Wolf & Shepherd is not responsible for any duties or customs fees that may be added due to your location internationally - these will be added to your order at checkout by International Checkout®.

Your shoes will ship within 24 hours from purchase. With our free shipping option you can expect your ridiculously comfortable dress shoes to arrive within 5-8 business days from your online purchase. You may opt for overnight or priority 2-day shipping for an additional shipping fee.

It is typical for companies to overprice their product with the intention to discount to customers. With that said we price our shoes with fair value in mind and almost never discount our products with the exception being shoes we are retiring from production and our military/law enforcement discount.  Please email help@wolfandshepherd.com for details.

We can price match product sales made from wolfandshepherd.com within 5 days of purchase. If an item has been reduced we will provide partial credit, when requested, for matching item sold up to 5 days prior to price reduction.

MISCELLANEOUS

We offer electronic gift cards on our site. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. See gift card(s) - HERE

You can try on our comfortable dress shoes at one of our retailer locations or at our Los Angeles Flagship location. Or take advantage of our free shipping and exchanges policy, by ordering on our website and we will ship you the sizes and styles you would like to try in person. Just return the pair(s) that do not work for you for a full refund within our 30-day return window.
