What Makes Your Shoes special?
We take advantage of modern technology to help you be comfortable from the moment you first put on your shoes to when you take them off at the end of the day. Our shoes feature a buttery soft sheepskin lining over premium memory foam footbeds. With perfectly placed collar and tongue padding, you'll never want to step foot in another brand of shoes again .

What kind of leather do you use?
We source our leather from the finest Italian manufacturers that boast a super soft, full-grain calfskin finished with a proprietary blend of vegetable oil. Our suedes are also sourced from the best Italy has to offer and features a water-resistant finishing coat to keep your feet dry and your shoes unharmed. Slight color and finish variation are natural and can occur as our professional artisans hand-craft each item.

Are your shoes waterproof?
While full-grain Italian leather is more durable than the rest, real leather is still porous. Our shoes are not considered waterproof. While they may stand against gently inclement weather, we suggest avoiding complete submersion.

Currently, our goods are made in Vietnam.

What size should I buy?
Each of our shoes is crafted to a standard D width. Check out our Size Chart and fit description on each product page to get specifics for every unique style. Feel free to email us at help@wolfandshepherd.com for more details.

Do you offer wide or narrow widths?
Our shoes come in the Standard D Width. If you have questions on what may be the best fit for you, reach out to help@wolfandshepherd.com and we will gladly assist you.

How do I care for my shoes?
We recommend using W&S Shoe Creams and Polishes on our shoes for the best shoe care results. They are perfectly color matched and designed for our leathers to keep your shoes healthy and increase the longevity of wear. For specific shoe care instructions for each style, please email help@wolfandshepherd.com for further assistance.
Note: Damage from using shoe care items from other brands will void your warranty. We will not replace or repair damage from using other brands’ shoe care products.

Shipping & Fulfillment

What shipping methods are available?
We offer complimentary ground shipping for all domestic orders. We also offer expedited shipping options: UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.

When will my order ship?
Due to increased order volume during peak season, shipping times may increase.
Our warehouse ships Mon.-Fri only.
Ground Shipping: Orders will dispatch from our warehouse within 3-5 business days, with delivery windows managed by the carrier.
Expedited Shipping : Orders placed by 1 PM PST will dispatch from our warehouse within 24 business hrs, with delivery times managed by the carrier.
Weekend: Orders will be processed by our warehouse on the following business day, with delivery times managed by the carrier.
For all orders, Carrier and Shipping delivery times may vary due to order volume.

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
A pre-order is an order purchased before our stock arrives, that reserves your pair of pre-ordered shoes. Pre-orders will ship within 3-4 weeks. Our team will update you once your pre-order is ready.

How Do I Edit My Order?
Due to increased order volume during the Holiday Season, we are unable to make the following changes towards completed orders: order cancellation, modifying the items in the order, updating the shipping address on the order, or upgrading the shipping method listed on the order.
We apologize for any inconvenience.

Do you ship Internationally?
We do ship internationally. Please note that all shipping costs and customs/duties are set by the courier, due at the time of delivery, and are nonrefundable.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Do you honor price adjustments?
We are unable to retroactively price match items or apply discounts to orders completed outside of our promotional window.

We currently offer a 1- time use military discount for 10% off your purchase.
Please note: Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers/sale items, and we do not retroactively apply discount codes towards completed orders.

If I didn't purchase during a sale, can I still get the discount?
We are unable to retroactively apply discounts or promotional offers towards orders that were completed outside of our promotional window.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your Return Policy?
Returns are available on any unworn shoes purchased from our website within 30 days, for US orders. Orders placed between November 15th and December 31st have a 60 day return window. This excludes final sale items and accessories such as our shoe care products, hats, socks, and footbeds.
Final sale items are not eligible for refund.
Returned items that show signs of wear may be issued store credit at the discretion of Wolf & Shepherd. All free gifts with purchase must also be sent back with your shoes in order to receive a full refund.
Items received by our warehouse not purchased from wolfandshepherd.com will be donated accordingly. Please reach out to help@wolfandshepherd.com to inquire about personal items.
Note: All returns are subject to a $10 Shipping Fee.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer two complimentary exchanges per US order for all full-priced, unworn shoes purchased at wolfandshepherd.com within 30 days. Final Sale, Last Call items and accessories are excluded. Exchanges are not subjected to a restocking fee.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT RETURNS?
Yes! Gifts can be returned for store credit or exchanged. To begin click HERE and select "Start a Gift Return."

WHAT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE?
The following are considered Final Sale:
- Worn items.
- Items Missing Original Packaging
- All Accessories including: socks, footbeds, hats, shoe care items (such as kits, creams, polishes, and sprays).
- All items marked "Final Sale," and any items that have been price matched.

How long will it take to get my refund?
Most refunds are processed within 15 business days of receipt in our warehouse, and prioritized by date of receipt by our team.
During peak season, processing times may significantly increase due to increased order volume.

How long does an exchange take to process?
Exchange orders are created within 24 hours of scanning your return shipment at the carrier. This excludes weekends and holidays.

What is your product warranty?
We guarantee our shoes to be free of any manufacturer defects for 365 days.
- Defective shoes can be replaced within 90 days of delivery and can be repaired within 365 days of delivery.
- Please be aware that leather and suede are natural materials. Slight discoloration, scratches, or change in texture may be visible. These small inconsistencies are not considered a defect.
- Overuse, water damage, stretching, standard wear and tear, scuffing, accidents or alterations are not considered defects and will not be replaced.
*Please Note: Items marked Final Sale, Orders completed through 3rd party retailers, International purchases, or Items treated with 3rd party care products are not covered under warranty.*

Are International Orders eligible for Return or Exchange?
At this time, we do not provide complimentary shipping or return labels for international orders.
If a customer opts to return an order at their expense, we will process the return once received by our warehouse. The order must be received in unworn, sellable condition, within our return window of 60 days, to be eligible for a refund.
Please note that any returned items that do not pass our quality check, will be eligible for a gift card worth its value only.
All shipping costs, customs, and duties are set by the courier and nonrefundable.
