What kind of leather do you use?
We source our leather from the finest Italian manufacturers that boast a super soft, full-grain calfskin finished with a proprietary blend of vegetable oil. Our suedes are also sourced from the best Italy has to offer and features a water-resistant finishing coat to keep your feet dry and your shoes unharmed. Slight color and finish variation are natural and can occur as our professional artisans hand-craft each item.

What size should I buy?
Each of our shoes is crafted to a standard D width for optimal comfort. For specific fit details on any style, please reference the Size Chart and fit description on each product page. If you need further assistance, our team is always available at help@wolfandshepherd.com.

Do you offer wide or narrow widths?
Our shoes come in a standard D width. While we don't offer wide or narrow sizes, our premium memory foam footbeds are designed to adapt to your foot shape, helping to accommodate various foot profiles for a more comfortable fit. How do I care for my shoes?
We recommend using W&S Shoe Creams and Polishes on our shoes for the best shoe care results. They are perfectly color matched and designed for our leathers to keep your shoes healthy and increase the longevity of wear. For specific shoe care instructions for each style, please email help@wolfandshepherd.com for further assistance.
Note: Damage from using shoe care items from other brands will void your warranty. We will not replace or repair damage from using other brands’ shoe care products.

What shipping methods are available?
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $150.
Ground Shipping:
Estimated delivery within 4 to 10 business days via UPS/USPS.
2-Day Expedited Shipping:
Orders placed by 1 PM PST will ship from our warehouse within 24 business hours. Delivery times are determined by the carrier.
Overnight Expedited Shipping:
Orders placed by 1 PM PST will ship from our warehouse within 24 business hours. Delivery times are determined by the carrier.Order Processing & Fulfillment:
- All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
- During peak holiday periods, order processing and shipping times may be extended due to increased volume.
- Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Important Considerations:
- Shipping and carrier delivery times may be affected by order volume, weather, or other factors outside our control.

A pre-order reserves your pair of Wolf & Shepherd shoes before they arrive in stock. Your order will ship within 3-4 weeks, and we'll notify you as soon as it's ready. This ensures you secure your preferred style the moment it becomes available.

Do you ship Internationally?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your Return Policy?
We accept returns of unworn shoes within 30 days of purchase for U.S. orders. This policy excludes final sale items and accessories, including shoe care products, hats, socks, and footbeds.
Returned items that show signs of wear may be issued store credit at the discretion of Wolf & Shepherd. All free gifts with purchase must also be sent back with your shoes in order to receive a full refund.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer one complimentary exchange per US order for all full-priced, unworn shoes purchased at wolfandshepherd.com within 30 days. Final Sale items and accessories are excluded. Exchanges are not subjected to a shipping fee.

How long will it take to get my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 15 business days after we receive your return at our warehouse, handled in the order received. During high-volume periods (like holidays), processing may take slightly longer, we appreciate your patience as we ensure every return is handled carefully. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.

What is your product warranty?
We guarantee our shoes against manufacturer defects for 365 days from purchase, with replacements offered within 90 days of delivery.

- Natural variations in leather/suede (color, texture, or minor surface marks)
- Overuse, water damage, stretching, or standard wear and tear
