Returns are accepted on all full price, unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. Slipping them on in your living room is fine. Jogging to catch the train is not. There are certain exceptions. Questions? Let us know.

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

    Returns are available on any unworn shoes within 30 days for US orders only, excluding final sale, clearance items and accessories. Items must have been purchased at full price. Shoe care items, socks and shoe trees are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned. Returned items that show mild sings of wear may be issued store credit at the discretion of Wolf & Shepherd. All returns for a refund will be subjected to a $10 restocking fee. At this time all international orders are considered final sale — we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products shipped outside of the US.

  • DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

    Yes! We offer two complimentary exchanges shipping in the U.S within 30 days for all shoes and will not be subjected to the $10 restocking fee. Promotional items may be excluded.   • MAY I RETURN ITEMS BOUGHT ON PROMOTION?

    Items bought on promotion or with any discount code totaling more than 20% off the original price will not be eligible for return. Items will stipulate on the product page and at check out if item is eligible for exchange, store credit or is final sale. Any items purchased under "Final Sale" stipulations will not be available for refund, exchange or credit.

  • WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?

    - Worn items or those missing original packaging. Please try your shoes on and check for comfort and fit on a carpeted floor inside.

    - Hygiene items including socks, shoe care items (including kits, creams, polishes, and sprays), and shoe trees

    - All purchases made using a promotional code that equals more than 20% off, on discount, or marked final sale.

    - International orders.

    - Shipping costs.

    - Gift wrap fees.

  • DO YOU OFFER GIFT EXCHANGES?

    Yes! Just click the "Start a Return or Exchange" button above and select "Returning or exchanging a gift?" to process the gift exchange.

  • ARE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

    At this time all international orders are considered final sale and can not be refunded or exchanged.

  • WHAT IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY SHOES?

    We guarantee our shoes to be free of defects. Defective shoes can be replaced within 30 days of delivery and can be repaired within 365 days of delivery. Should you receive a defective pair upon arrival, please contact us at help@wolfandshepherd.com. Please be aware that leather and suede are natural materials. Slight discoloration, scratches, or change in texture may be visible. These small inconsistencies are not considered a defect. Keep in mind that before an item is made, each hide of leather is thoroughly inspected. Overuse, water damage, stretching, standard wear and tear, scuffing, accidents or alterations are not considered defects and will not be replaced.
