HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?
We will accept unworn, unused shoes in their original packing. They must be returned within 30 days of your original purchase. Shoes that have been worn outside will not be accepted.
- - By mail:
Initiate a return online and use the provided shipping label. Please note returns by mail can take 10-15 days to be received and processed before you receive your refund.
- - Happy Returns Return Bars:
You can return your shoes in person at Happy Returns locations here. You will be refunded immediately back to your original form of payment.
- - In Store:
Westfield Century City. 10250 Santa Monica Blvd in Los Angeles. You will be refunded immediately back to your original form of payment.

WHAT IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY SHOES?
We guarantee our shoes to be free of defects. Should you receive a defective pair upon arrival, please contact us at email@example.com. Please be aware that leather and suede are natural materials. Slight discoloration, scratches, or change in texture may be visible. These small inconsistencies should not be considered a defect but rather add to the beauty and uniqueness of your shoes. Keep in mind that before an item is made, each hide of leather is thoroughly inspected. We aim to provide the best looking piece of leather and suede to craft your shoes while reducing the amount of waste.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?Unworn shoes may be returned within 30 days of receipt. If a returned product shows signs of wear, it will be sent back to the original shipping address and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file associated with the purchase. If a returned pair shows mild wear, at Wolf & Shepherd's discretion, you will be issued store credit. Examples of signs of wear include: scuffing on the sole, leather creasing on upper of the shoe. Note: if your return merchandise arrived missing the original packaging (shoe box and/or shoes bags) a 20% deduction fee will be applied to your refund.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?
Used, altered and/or final sale or promotional items (Black Friday-Cyber Monday discounted shoes are eligible for exchange only). Free gifts or promotional items. Gift cards. All expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
MAY I RETURN SHOES I BOUGHT ONLINE IN THE STORE?
Yes, you may return any unworn shoes to our retail store, as long as it is within our 30 day return policy window.
MAY I RETURN AN IN-STORE PURCHASE ONLINE?
Yes, you may return an in-store purchase online. Just initiate your return above!
