Gift with Purchase Eligibility

All orders including a full-priced shoe placed between November 21st, 2024 - December 3rd, 2024 are eligible for a free gift with purchase while supplies last. Gifts are limited to 1 gift per order. The gift will be selected in your shopping bag and added to your order at a $0 cost. All free gifts are subject to availability and are non-transferable. There are no cash alternatives or other gift alternatives. 

If you selected a $50 Gift Card as your gift with purchase, your gift card will be sent to you via email. Please note: The $50 Gift Card is not eligible to be applied retroactively to previous orders.

If you purchased a full-priced shoe and received a free gift with purchase, you will not be eligible for a price match if the product is now marked down.

The Gift with Purchase Promotion is valid from November 21st, 2024 - December 3rd, 2024.

Markdowns

All products that are marked down from original price and marked as final sale will not be eligible for returns. All discounted products are not eligible for a gift with purchase. 

BFCM Exclusive Markdowns are valid from  November 21st, 2024 - December 3rd, 2024.

Returns and Refunds

If you initiate a return for refund on your ENTIRE order, your gift with purchase item must be returned. If the free gift with purchase is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the product value of the free gift from your refund. 

If you are requesting an exchange, you will not need to send the free gift back.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
