Our Striker Chukka in Bullet calfskin has a rich caramel color with a pebble grain finish. Having a textured finish is a great way to add a bit more style to your outfit especially when dressing it down to have a casual every day look. The caramel color has a light brown hue to it, which traditionally, brown shoes pair very well with most colors except black (there are exceptions, but let’s play it safe for now). For this particular style of shoe, our favorite go-to is pairing it with a fitted pair of jeans that lay gently on top of the boot, so it is not to hide any of the fine detail that the boot has to offer. This however, doesn’t mean you can’t dress it with a pair of chinos or even a pair of blue or grey slacks.
the "business casual"
The Striker Chukka in Chocolate suede is our most versatile colorway. Our water repellent suede makes it a perfect shoe to throw on when weather isn't favorable. Feel free to dress it down with jeans, or keep it classy in a pair of chinos and a sweater.
the night out
Lastly, the Striker Chukka in Onyx Calfskin is our most formal of the chukka selection. Even though any color of chukka is important in a modern man’s wardrobe, the Onyx (black) Chukka gives the extra benefit of being able to be paired with a black suit to finish off your polished look for any night out. The great thing about all chukka boots is that if paired with well-fitting slacks laying over the boot, the chukka will appear like a dress shoe from anyone else’s point of view.
