I've just returned from spending last week with our manufacturing partners in Porto, Portugal and am happy to announce that our shoes will ship out to you on Friday, May 27th from our warehouses here in Jacksonville, Florida (See Video here from this past visit).
This one time delay is due to an issue our insole supplier faced in properly assembling our proprietary comfort system to fit the upper leather portion of our shoes. To ensure this error was fixed, I flew out to watch the last of our shoes properly assembled. Each of your shoes has been flown directly from the factory to our warehouse, bypassing sea freight to expedite our pre-orders.
Please forgive my delay in getting shoes to your doorstep. All future orders should arrive punctually within 2-4 business days from your purchase date.
