To begin caring for your shoes, clean the shoes with a hard-bristle brush to remove surface residue. Next, wipe the shoes with a damp cloth and allow them to air dry. Then, apply a coat of the appropriate color Saphir Shoe Cream with a cloth, paying close attention to the creases. Finally, to achieve a beautiful shine, apply a coat of Saphir Shoe Wax with a cloth and buff with horsehair brush or cloth.

Not so great. I think the comfort of these shoes is exaggerated and hyped. They are just a regular shoe for comfort and for $350, and after reading the ads, I expected something special or exceptional. Not so. The leather is pretty stiff, and even after wearing regularly for several weeks, my feet still hurt, and the shoes are far from being broken in and comfortable. On the right shoe, the width is too narrow and my big toe gets sore after every use. Also, some of the leather dye soaks through my socks and stains my toes and toenails on every use. So I urge caution, these shoes are nothing special, and not worth the price of +$300. Lots of promises and hype about being super-comfortable, but they don't deliver, and fall short of my expectations.
Extremely comfortable and durable!
I purchased at the boutique at Century City mall. Service was great, shoes were comfortable and gorgeous out of the box. I do have wide feet so this shoe is a bit on the narrower side, but i am going to try to stretch the shoe out a bit. Otherwise I love wearing them and I've gotten plenty of compliments. Looking forward to my next pair.
I wore these for three days of travel in a row-- 7am to 11pm every day-- without any "break in" time. The opening around the ankle is a little loose but the sole and bottom fit perfectly. It's a super comfy shoe and looks great with trousers that break above or on the boot, giving them massive versatility!
I already owned a pair of the brown suede ones and just got myself the onyx. Slightly different on size compared to the suede where I wear 11.5, on the onyx I had to size down to 11 as it felt roomier. Fantastic shoes!
